Buying a powerful PC soon (around $1500). Been advised 3 options. Can they run dolphin at max?

Will I be able to run dolphin at max settings and with LLE audio (that's the audio setting to fix any audio skipping right?) I have screen shots of what people have recommended to me. I would have just copied and pasted but I don't have a PC right now and formatting is hard on my phone.

i7 4770k is pointless if you want to use Dolphin. A i5 4670k is no different to the i7 in Dolphin and is as fast.

NO SLI or Crossfire. Just get a single GTX780.

The rest of the system is up to yourself. However if you really want it so bad you could get a i7 and spend a little bit more.

^What he said.

The second one is the best for dolphin out of those three.

Nope, it actually causes more stuttering due to the increase in CPU requirement. Audio stuttering is caused by not running the game at full speed, so if the game runs at full speed (with HLE or LLE) you won't get any stuttering.

LLE is only necessary for a handful of games (all of them unfortunately being first-party Nintendo titles), so you can feel free to use HLE for any game unless you come across any non-stuttering-related audio issues.

They're all perfectly adequate for LLE. But the HLE for the DSP µcode that 90% of games use (again, that 10% all being first-party Nintendo titles) has been completely rewritten since 3.5 and it's not utter shit anymore – hell, it's actually pretty much perfect, it's got the same handful of bugs LLE does. So you won't really need LLE that often if you upgrade to 4.0.1. https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Also, in case you need to transfer saves/config: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/controlling-global-user-directory/
