If you lived in US or Japan , you could get the notebook with latest CPU & GPU (i5/i7 4xxx & Nvidia GT 7xx) ...
On flipkart.com (india) , I only found 2 notebooks so far
The first one has a slower CPU (Dual Core) and a faster GPU . It will play PC games better than the 2nd one
Samsung i5 3230M @ 2.6GHz (Turbo to 3.0GHz with 2 core active) + AMD 8750M
The Second one has a faster CPU (Quad Core) and a slower GPU . It will play Dolphin/PCSX2 better than the 1st one
Acer i7 3610QM @ 2.3GHz (Turbo to 3.2GHz with 2 cores active , 3.1GHz with 3 or 4 cores active) + Nvidia GT 630M
Be warned though , those 2 notebooks don't have good cooling capability to handle gaming tasks for a long period of time . If those notebooks overheat , CPU & GPU will throttle (clock speed goes down to reduce temperature ) -> You will lose performance .
Only gaming notebooks are truly capable of playing games for a long period of time (1->6 hours)
