I'm not totally sure but maybe I will buy this one :
http://www.rueducommerce.fr/Ordinateurs/Ordinateur-Portable/Ordinateur-Portable-Grand-Public/ACER/4901059-Aspire-V3-772G-747a4G75Makk-Ordinateur-Portable-17-3-Full-HD-Intel-Core-i7-4702MQ-2-2-GHz-HDD-750-Go-RAM-4-Go-NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-760M-Windows-8.htm

It has a 17.3" disp (15.6 seems to me a little too small), and FullHD, a GTX 760M (mid-upper class as sayed in notebookcheck) and i7 4702MQ.

It's not a japanese one but I'll try to take care of it (by first changing th. compund by artic mx4, and it seems to be in aluminium, so good for a fan) and try to learn how. It's not a real gamer laptop but I can't pt more in it, (it is already too expansive to what I first planned !), the prices in france a more expansive by far than us unfortunately.

Finally thank you for your help, I can now understand better cpu's and gpu's and see generally the capacity of a computer

i7 4702MQ is a low power consumption CPU ,
Normal i7 (i7 4700MQ) TDP = 47W
i7 4702MQ TDP= 37W
i5 Haswell TDP = 37W
i5 Ivy Bridge/Sandy Bridge/Arrandale TDP = 35W
Lower TDP = produce less heat when CPU is at full load -> run cooler

GTX 760M Power Cunsumption = 50W which is a bit high for multi-media laptop
Size of laptop : bigger size = more space = less heat

Overall , if you can disassembly that laptop to replace thermal compound , you run Dolphin on the integrated GPU and underclock CPU when playing PC game , you will be fine

Cool if 4702MQ use less power than 4700.
I know how to replace thermal compound on a desktop but in a laptop l think it s too difficult, but l know someone who knows professionals and l can do it for few money.

Thanks.

You will lose warranty if you or someone other than Acer's staffs disassembly that laptop though...
Warranty is the last thing I care ... It's hard to buy a broken laptop in Japan Tongue

Did you mean in japan it is rare to see a broken or defective laptop ?

Is there is big difference ( I mean in performances) between i7 4700hq & mq ?

One suggested me this offer http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00150397.html

Edit : l saw some comparisons bet. the 2 cpu's and l saw the principal adv. of 4702mq is his low power consumption and for 4700hq, his higher clock (normal and turbo), and generally better performances on benchmarks.
But in real use is there a real difference in performances ?

Finally with those comp. will l be able to play f zero gx full speed at 2x native gcube resolution (or at least 1x) ?

It's even worse than the Acer
Native Resolution : 17.3" 1920x1080 vs 17.3" 1600x900 -> Acer screen is much sharper
Cooling solution : Asus is too thin -> small fansink and less space to dissipate the heat -> run hotter
i7 4700HQ is almost same as i7 4700MQ -> run hotter than i7 4702MQ
Since you will run Dolphin with integrated GPU , the discrete GPU will be in idle mode (zero power) . So it doesn't matter which discrete GPU you choose but GT 740M is a whole lot slower than GTX 760M , you will get worse experience with PC game

l didn't think about the thiness.
All that worse for 50€ diff is not a good deal.

Except change thermal compound and buy cooler master, is there other thing to do to preserve laptop from overheating ?

Notebook Cooling Pad is snake oil
You shouldn't spend money on it

Nothing aside from this :

You said it enough times for me to understand (lol)!

And thanks for the definition of snake oil !
l saw on other thread you said it is efficient only with aluminium laptop, and l think this isn't one.
But isn't it better to put something under it to don't make the laptop touching the table on all his surface, to let him "breathe" and decrease a little, at least, the temperature?

Unless the laptop vents directly down (the vast majority don't because that's a dumb idea), no.
