Right click on the button you want to configure and you can select the "and" option.
Check my profile for up to date specs.

Don't you have to hit "SELECT" first then click "ADD"? It is confusing. I'm sure mst has it right though.
I did it right once, now I just copy and paste from the Punch-Out ini. Yeah, I am lazy.

PROTIP, instead I have the left and right triggers to tilt when Mario is on a platform that needs it. It's almost like a big cheat.

i notice that you can only combine button 1, 2 etc. but not forward tilt then backward tilt into one button

The triggers to be the accel or brake? I wouldn't call it a cheat but it is much easier. Just set the usual brake and reverse to the triggers on the xbox360.
Need a config lemme know. It's alot more fun that way if you use a 360c.

Ok, I get what you mean, the tilt can be programmed to analog. The wheelie can be the Z tilt for example.

Think I confused you again now that I read that, the left and right back triggers can be used for the game tilting. Cheat was maybe too big a word but it replaces tilting with easier buttons.
