Button activated codes

I experienced yet another issue on Dolphin. Button activated Gecko Codes don't work for me. On Wii Sports Resort for example,
there are some time codes which are activated by pressing certain buttons. I'm using a real Wiimote, so normally, that shouldn't be a problem.
I have this problem on both 3.5 and 4.0.

Could anyone try a button activated Gecko Code and tell me, if it's works for you, please? Or is there any workaround?

Sorry for the bump but could anyone please test a button activated Gecko Code, so I know if only I have the problem or if it's an issue.

Does anyone have an idea about this?

A lot of Gecko codes don't work because of how they hook into games isn't supported by Dolphin.

That's a bummer. I thought that there might be some solution. Should I post it as an issue on Google Code?

I wouldn't; if only because there are bigger gecko issues that relate to the hooking methods already there, and this would likely get rolled into that.
