Button 2 is deactivated

Hey so i just started using dolphin emulator and all my buttons seemed to work and have a function (im using wiimote only)
all except for button 2. which is the select, start , attack button when using one remote in super smash brawl
it dbe nice if i had a quick reply and a solution please

You haven't even made it clear if you are using a real or emulated wiimote..
If emulated, map button 2.. (or perhaps you accidentally have a nunchuk attached?)
If real, your wiimote is probably broken..
