Just a heads up to those users who have been trying to use the download codes option in Dolphin. The WiiRD database appears to be down at the moment. Attempting to go to their domain returns with a Connection Time-out error.
Hopefully this is just temporary, but in case you were wondering why it isn't updating your code list this is why.
UPDATE: It's back up and running. All clear.
