Builds 4594+ don't launch (usb issue?)

I decided to give the latest dev build of Dolphin a try after using the stable build since it was released. Unfortunately it instantly crashes on my system, giving this error:

Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x00ACCCBF

Now when I say crash, I mean it doesn't start at all, with the exception of entering an error in it's log. Using the portable.txt has it create the directories, but it does not create any config files so editing the dolphin.ini would do no good.

I tried it on some of my other systems, and it does work. So I took the liberty of testing random builds to narrow down where it breaks. I have whittled it down to build 4594. Build 4594 is different as it adds support for the GameCube adapter. I am no developer, so I can only guess if something was changed in the area of handling usb devices. One big difference on my system, is that I am actively using usb 3.0 devices, and usb 2.0 devices that are connected to a usb 3.0 hub.

One last test I did was remove all my usb 3.0 devices. I still get an exception error, but the offset is changed to 0x00ABEC46. Could this be a possible issue? Or will I be stuck on build 4589 forever?

I did some searching and it appears my mobo manufacturer just stops updating the driver page for older motherboards, so my Etron controller drivers were almost three years old! The libusb was definitely old, so an update to the latest drivers has the latest dev build up and running!

Thanks!
