It depends on case cooling. For me 2x120mm (750rpm in, 400-1300rpm out) case fans are enough to keep my CPU at 47C max without too much noise.
But i think the fact that cpu is actually a bit undervolted (1.28v) helps to keep temperature low too. Actually i was quite lucky to get CPU that reaches 4GHz at 1.28v and runs mprime for 2 days without any glitch =)
