Did you read anything? None of that disagrees with me. Something kept at a constant temperature that produces heat at a constant rate will heat its surroundings at the same constant rate no matter what its temperature is. Anything else would violate conservation of energy.

Get the R9 270 non-X. It's cheaper and much better than the 'X' variant. Get the model from ASUS if you want complete silence.
