Depends exactly how you are streaming. Dolphin really only uses 2 cores with 3 being the maximum under certain conditions, I think the audio can be moved to another core. For strictly Dolphin and with a GPU streaming solution it would be better to get a 4790K and just give it a really healthy overclock. I assume you plan on using this rig for general purpose gaming as well though, because some of the other components are strictly overkill.
