buildbot and issue tracker timing out

So this isn't really a problem since I don't look at them often, but for the past day or so I haven't been able to load the buildbot and issue tracker webpages. Whenever I try, it just says that the sites can't be reached because they took too long to respond. The interesting part is that this only appears to be happening in Windows, in both Chrome and Firefox, but not in my Ubuntu install/vm.

Like I said, not really an issue for me but I was wondering if anyone might know what's up/why this would be happening

Have you tried restarting or clearing your browser cache?

I haven't done a real restart, but my laptop did run out of battery last night so I restarted it this morning, which would have restarted Chrome. I haven't cleared the cache particularly, but I've done a decent number of ctrl + f5 reloads on different pages. Just did a full cache clear, no change. I also don't think it would be the cache, since I don't use Firefox but once every couple months and it times out too, on Windows anyway. Firefox is the only browser I have on my Linux install and it loads fine there
