Build 6396 on Win10 getting old error "unknown DVD command 00000000"

Hi,
running a quick test of 6396 on Windows 10 and getting the old error "unknown DVD command 00000000" when trying to load games.
No problems on 6392. Did not test 6394, so far. Should I try anything specific?

Does this happen in both GameCube and Wii games?

Error seems to occur only for Wii:
Okami -> error
Puzzle Quest -> error
Monopoly Streets -> remains on blank screen
The Sky Crawlers -> remains on blank screen

Gamecube emulation seems to load everything without problems.
Could that Windows message "Press Win + G to broadcast your game" that appears when launching a game have anything to do with the issue?
