Hi, I've been using Dolphin since long ago, but at some point it stopped supporting my GPU at Melee(or it looks like). I can play Brawl and Wind Waker almost fine. It happens with both PAL and NTSC versions.

I have no problems with 2195 build, but all builds newer than that show some bugs.

The first problem is the black terrain. It seems okay for the first second of a match, but when it loads shadows, they're reversed (all places where there shouldn't be shadows have them and vice-versa). This doesn't slow down the game. The Zelda TW Bloom Hack fixes it.

3972 without bloom hack:

The second, and worse, only shows on builds 3972 and 4460. Some items (Like the capsules or cars from Onett) are blacked out and the game suffers a drop of FPS when they appear, even if they don't show. I haven't found a fix for this.

4460 with bloom hack showing the black items (it happens without bloom hack too):

My specs:

C2D E6750@2.66GHZ
2x1GB DDR667
Ati Randeon x1950 Pro 512MB with Catalyst 8.8 (it happens with 9.8, Omega and all others I tried with).
Windows XP Pro 32 Bits SP3

Yes I do. After reading your post I tried the three possibilities (Disabled, to system, to GL texture) and they don't make a difference.

Thanks for the suggestion though. Btw, I know it's not a texture problem because disabling textures doesn't solve the slowdown with the capsules. It looks like a shadow problem, but disabling Material Lightning doesn't help either...
