Bug in all games when return to Wii Menu !!!

Hi,

when I am playing one game and want to return to Wii Menù it show me a message error:

[Dolphituus]

it is to be gone impossibly back in wii menü.
you must make filesystem dump from yours wii and add in dolphin and though then you hurry, however can make nothing like here

thanks for answer, I not understand very well, which filesystem dump? the error appears after that I have clicked on "Wii Menù" and "Return to the Wii menù?" see my photos please:
