Is the STOP code 0x00000019? From what I can find, bad pool header usually indicates a driver problem. If you're already using the latest GPU driver, my guess would be that you have some other kind of driver conflict. I would suggest running msconfig and disabling every nonessential startup item and non-Microsoft service, restarting, and then seeing if you can run Dolphin without a BSOD. If you can, slowly re-enable startup items and services until you find the one that causes the crash. If you find the bad item, either try to find another version of it that doesn't cause crashes or try to figure out if you can safely remove it.
