BSOD With new revisions

I recently switched over from 4.0-652 to the newest netplay revision for melee 4.0-5743. It was working perfectly last night until I turned on my pc today and would instantly get a BSOD whenever I open dolphin. I deleted the folder and my dolphin folder in documents, looked for anything in appdata that I could delete but didn't seem to find anything, ran a registry fix and rebooted. I still got a BSOD and the same happened with the newest dev version, also tried in safe mode and same thing. Going back to rev 4.0-652 and the program works fine, I can open it, emulate, etc.

In case you're wondering what the BSOD error is "Bad Pool Header". I haven't added any new hardware or updated drivers in the past few days. I did update my gpu drivers today and tried that to see if it was the issue. I've googled quite a bit but it seems that the only time people have issues is when they try to emulate meanwhile mine is the moment I open dolphin.

Any advice or solutions I could try would be great.

Specs:
GTX 670 - GPU
2500k - CPU
8gb DDR3 1333 MHz - Memory
Asrock Extreme 4 - Mobo
Windows 7 x64 - OS

Does this happen on 4.0-5763, the current latest build?
Grab the Intel Driver Update Utility and see if you're missing any management software for the CPU?
Run Dolphin in portable mode?

Is the STOP code 0x00000019? From what I can find, bad pool header usually indicates a driver problem. If you're already using the latest GPU driver, my guess would be that you have some other kind of driver conflict. I would suggest running msconfig and disabling every nonessential startup item and non-Microsoft service, restarting, and then seeing if you can run Dolphin without a BSOD. If you can, slowly re-enable startup items and services until you find the one that causes the crash. If you find the bad item, either try to find another version of it that doesn't cause crashes or try to figure out if you can safely remove it.

Updated intel cpu management drivers, disabled all startup and non-microsoft services, tried safemode again, still getting BSOD. I notice that the sometimes the first time I open it that dolphin will just crash immediately, then the second time it will BSOD. Also it is stop code 0x00000019. I tried the latest version and the latest netplay again just to be sure.

Going to run spybot and nod32 see if either find anything but I don't think that's it. Then I guess I'll try uninstalling my ps3 controller driver and mayflash adapter driver.

After deleteing all the files and moving dolphin back in, it will create all the folders when I click dolphin and it crashes, Config, GC, Wii, etc.

I'm guessing something is confusing LibUSB for native GameCube Controller detection causing this.

I uninstalled every HID device in device manager, got my mouse and keyboard up and tried dolphin rev 4.0-5743, worked. Put in mayflash with the drivers uninstalled, worked. So at this point I guess it's either my tablet, ps3 controller, or mayflash drivers. At least it's working now.

Check Windows Update for any optional driver updates. Also look for a BIOS update for your board. And since we have had issues with libusb, see if you need to update that also

Finally found it, it started happening again so I went through the process taking note of everything and it turns out to be my phone that is the culprit.
It never happened before so I'm not sure since there was no OS update for it.
It's a Samsung Note 3 on android 4.4 if you are curious, not sure how I can make it so I can have my phone plugged in and also use dolphin as it's quite the inconvenience but at least it works, just feel stupid for never even thinking that the phone could be the issue.
