Likely a driver issue.

Try to download the latest drivers for your GPU from Intel.

This is likely the driver you want

What is the actual message that the BSOD shows before rebooting?
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Probably a bug in your drivers then, unfortunately.

You have a really uncommon variant of that intel GPU arch so I'm not sure anybody has it to be able to investigate if we can even figure out whats making the driver crash.

Are you using any USB controllers when using Dolphin? Does it crash if you start without them plugged in?

Not sure if it's a reporting error, but the i5 7400 should have the 'hd graphics 630' - which is actually pretty common and likely pretty solidly tested. I don't have a kaby lake to test on myself, but a hd 530 (i7 6700hq) certainly ran fine for me just now.

Unless it's actually game specific? Or there's some weird graphics setting enabled?

Maybe this could help?

Actually that sounds exactly like a driver problem.
