Broken Graphics [SOLVED]

Hi! So i have a problem with dolphin, when i use opengl in graphics the game is just broken (check the screen shot). you can see my specs in my profile.

Have you tried the latest version of dolphin or the 5.0-rc?

Yes i have but they have same problem.

Are you using the Steam Overlay?
It's known to cause issues in Dolphin with AMD graphics drivers.

Well it's enabled in steam but it doesn't show up in dolphin.
EDIT: Thanks man it worked when i shut the steam and amd gaming evolved.
