There's no such thing as an i5-3670K. I think you mean to say the i5-3570K. :p
The 3670K is an old AMD CPU (surprisingly, also at a stock clock of 2.7GHz like the i5-4570R) but obviously the i5-4570R will eat that old AMD CPU alive.
