I tried all options. Nothing changes. So I dunno how add in sd.raw new stages... I don't know how to add stages in SSBB. : ( Why somebody can add stages on Dolphin but others can't do it? : ( Can anyone share secrets about it? Maybe we have wrong version of Dolphin or WinImage? Or wrong version of SSBB?

Same, I think it has something to do with the file size (the files are 5KB but they should be 6KB)
