I just stumbled over the very interesting program "Brawl Stage Studio".
Here's a link to it.

I also found THIS thread here in the Dolphin forum.

But unfortunately, the way to import stages made with Brawl Stage Studio to Super Smash Bros. Brawl (in Dolphin) using the Wii SD card and the program WinImage, that the author of that thread describes, doesn't work for me.
When I import the stages to the SD card, they don't even show up in-game.

I believe that the problem might just lie with using WinImage, because if I right-click one of my BSS stages inside WinImage and go to "File properties" and check the "Archive" box, then they actually show up in-game next to the other stages, but I can't use them because the game says that they are corrupted.
So I figure that using another program to import the stages to the SD card might work.
But I'm having a really hard time finding another program able to open .RAW files...
Since .RAW files seem to only be used by digital cameras, all I can find are PhotoShop-like converters/editors.

Has anyone found a better program or another way to do this?

I want to know it too... Because I tried everything. And game always says that stages are corrupted.

I know it's been a loooooong time, but I found a solution! Not only to the original posters but other people trying to figure this out.
You were right: WinImage IS the problem. I even tried the SmashStack/Stage Builder Exploit to launch hackless mods in Dolphin and it just went right into the stage builder after I deleted the stages.
But anyway, what you're looking for is ImDisk driver which allows mounting sd.raw as a virtual drive in Windows and just drop the files as you would with an actual SD card.
For me, it worked right away, but I had to go into Stage builder > Edit > Save to generate a thumbnail, but it worked fine in game!!!

Just follow this tutorial: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Virtual_SD_Card_Guide#Editing_a_Virtual_SD_Card

Please don't necropost. This thread is over 4 years old. It's nice that you found a solution, but resurrecting old threads like this is against the rules. A better solution would simply be to start your own thread advertising a fix (and optionally link back to this thread).
