For some reason, in 4.0, the sound in brawl is echo (some songs, sfx and the announcer are affected by this). I really would like to know how to fix this so I could switch my Brawl game to 4.0 where the subspace emissary dosen't randomly crash...

Those sound have echo on wii too.
It's not a issue this is just how the sound should work.

Before the new-ax-hle, the echo didn't exist because of the crappy HLE code we have before. The SFX echos is how they were intended to sound...
