Is it just me or does this happen? Perhaps I'm missing something? Using 3.0: 64-bit btw.

Progressive Scan slow your FPS?, and in this case if it helps (audio, etc), this will include other games too?

No when I play brawl (I tested star fox assault too, but it worked fine) the audio will:
A) play twice as fast if I set frame limiter to auto or 60
B) play normal, but have slow (30 FPS) gameplay if I enable audio throttle

I have also tried HLE and LLE both with the same results.

So the speed of the audio doubles when Progressive scan and VBeam is enabled?
