Hello,
i don`t know if this is a true bug or only my missconfiguration.
I noticed a strange behavior in "The Brave and the Bold".
It`s about the Wii Mote - Nun Chuck configuration. Maybe i`m too stupid to configure the controls.
I`ll try to explain the "bug" i noticed.
I`m using the latest stable Doplphin version (not dev). Win 10, DX12, X64, 8GB RAM, SSD, AMD APU 6700 and Nvidia 750 TI (Gainward Golden Sample 2GB) and 360 Wireless Controller.
When you start a new game you will be asked to use the tutorial. Do so. The wii-motion-emulation "bug" appears when you have to perform the shake power attack. The tutorial says you have to shake the wii-mote. Well, i tried to configure all the shake options for wii-mote and nun chuck one by one, one after the other, with a lot of profile reloading. BTW i wish there was a way to delete/reset to default a single input-button, instead of delete all buttons or reloading the whole profile.
So i noticed the Wii-Mote-Emulation "Down" Move in the "Wing"-Area is the right thing. The really strange thing is:
When the Wii-Mote-Emulation-Configure-Window is opened while the game is running, most of the time (90% o_O) the configured input button or trigger is recognised and executed correct by the game. Well, 90% is strange enough.
But, when i close the configuration options (the game is running), then the input button is only recognised 40%. That means, i have to push the button several times to make batman perform the correct move.
A way more strange, is the thing. That the most gamepad buttons doesn`t seem to work, after i close the wii-mote-emulation-menue. When i'm in the menue, the game recognizes all buttons and triggers to 90%. The only button (with closed menue) i got to work was the right shoulder button (not the right analog trigger, that doesn`t work o_O ... it works when the menue is opened o_O). But as i said, that button only works with a chance of 90% when the wii-motion-emulation-configuration-window is opened while the game is running. As soon as i close this configuration menue the chance of doing the special attack is arround 30-40%. And in my experience, it`s only the right shoulder button (configured to "down" in the wii-mote "wing" area) that does work. Most buttons do work, when the wii-mote-configuration window is opened to 90% while the game is running, but as soon as i close those windows/tabs, the buttons aren`t recognised anymore by the game. Well, the right schoulder button is an exception, but still, thats very strange.
Maybe the left shoulder button also works to 90% while the configuration window is opened up to 40% when the menue is closed. Didn`t try it.
Is it a bug? Am i to stupid to configure the game?
