It seems the RE series isn't the only games that erroneously use bounding box. Secret Files 2 also does too apparently during the harbor scene. Someone needs to re-add the option the enable or disable bounding box calculations to avoid all these needless slowdowns.

As far as I remember, a fix to better detect which games really use bounding box is in development...

Bounding Box isn't erroneously being used in games, games are erroneously using bounding box. Big difference.

I don't think Tunguska is the same issue as the game doesn't boot at all. Also, Secret Files 2 takes forever to load from screen to screen, I don't know if it's the emulator or my ISO. When did Tunguska ever worked? All I ever get is a black screen.
