Try turning off LLE on thread. There's a debate as to whether or not it's effective anymore (https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-does-dsp-lle-on-separate-thread-actually-benefit-anyone )

Yeah, do a BIOS update. They can address issues at the lowest level of the system. Read the description of the update for what it changes.
