I have no idea why your smash bros melee wont work, Every rip ive done of my own games works fine in dolphin. Is the Iso image stored on your hard drive or is it burnt to disc? I dont know much about booting physical discs on dolphin, but iso stored on the hard drive and booted work no probs so try that.
P.S make sure you are using the latest build of dolphin!
It's in my docs, and btw dont worry, the burning iso part is just try before i buy, i have smash brothers melee legally
and the other games i have burned, recent games i burn are try before i buy for about 2 days then decide to bin and see if buy or ditch xD if you get what i meen
