Is there any way to only boot Dolphin on your pc? While Dolphin is running on my computer it makes my processor work 100% and games lag a little bit. My processor is 2.2 ghz. I noticed that without Dolphin running my pc uses about 40 percent of my processor. So if there were a way to only boot the Emulator The games would almost doulble in speed. Like haveing a pendrive that when inserted on startup it would only boot Dolphin and the programs need to run it.

Dolphin needs the OS, Windows/Linux/OSX, to run.
Your computer shouldn't be at 40% cpu usage while idle.
Which processes make up that 40%?

I'll ask again I guess :/

I'm going to guess Norton is contributing a lot.
Norton sucks. I think most people with agree with me.
It slows down computers, blocks legitimate programs, and doesn't seem to find any actual malware.
I would completely remove Norton and install something else if you need a firewall/ malware protection.
