Blurry graphics in Zelda TP (GC)

The same issue that i highlighted before in the svn releases forum but i also couldn't get the answer for it.So far it happens in 2 games that i have,zelda TP and ghostbusters.I would rather have the dof effect off as it really makes the graphic blurrier and low res.

I'm not sure if it's a DOF effect.

Also, sl1nk3.s told me it isn't a regression. Earlier versions had the same problem but you had to enable a projection hack for it to be displayed.

UPDATE: masterkillua123 told me to enable the "Bleach versus crusade" projection hack and that seems to hide the transparent square. But it breaks the mini-map.
