Your adapter is not stable for Bluetooth Passthrough and probably stopped responding. If it's removable, disconnect it and reboot your computer. If it's internal (e.g. WiFi Combo card), try restarting the computer, if it still doesn't respond, completely turn it off (cut its power source, wait some seconds, then turn it on again). If you're on Windows, you can also try rolling back to the default MS Bluetooth Stack drivers then reinstalling the WinUSB driver again with Zadig...
