Hey everyone. So I recently bought the Sena UD100 adapter and I've been having some issues. The first issue I had was I would sometimes get the error "An IPCEvent event was scheduled from the wrong thread" when opening a game. Clicking ignore and continue, or in my case, disabling the "Use Panic Handlers" option to prevent that from showing "fixes" this issue, and it doesn't seem to cause any issues in game. I thought I would bring that up in case it's related to my other issue here, since that IPCEvent issue and this next issue were not happening when I was using my old adapter, the Kinivo BTD-400.
Anyways, so the bigger problem I had was with dolphin crashing when I opened a game. Sometimes it was basically instant, sometimes there would a black screen for maybe 10-15 seconds and then it would crash. I've narrowed down what the actual issue is, and it's having the GameCube controllers set to "GameCube Adapter for Wii U", and not having the GameCube adapter plugged in. If I disable the GameCube controllers, change those options to something like "Standard Controller" so it's no longer looking for the adapter, or if I simply keep my GameCube controller adapter plugged in at all times (this is what I'm currently doing), dolphin no longer crashes.
These are the settings I'm referring to:

I'm currently running the latest development version, and I've tried some random older versions like 5.0-7999 for example, and the issue is still there. However, I did also try the very first version that supported Bluetooth Passthrough, 5.0-910, and this does not seem to be an issue in that version. I would rather keep my GameCube adapter plugged in constantly than use that really old version, but it does seem like at some point something changed. I feel like if dolphin would disable the GameCube controller ports if the adapter wasn't detected on game boot, this could solve the issue as well.
So those are my findings, thought I would share this in case anyone else is having similar issues. I'm not too worried about it as I can just keep the adapter plugged in at all times, but if anyone has any ideas that would great.
