Bluetooth Dongle questions

I'd like a bluetooth dongle that will support 2 wiimotes, and hopefully something within $10.

Questions:
- Can I buy multiple cheap $1 bluetooth dongles, and pair a single wiimote to each one?
- If I buy the latest version Toshiba stack software, can I use it with any bluetooth dongle?
- From skimming online, it seems that 4.0's the least powerful sacrificing performance for lower power, 3.0+HS's the most powerful at 26 Mbps, and 2.0's somewhere in the middle but with very cheap class 1 dongles -- are these assumptions correct?

Here are some I found, would any of these work well? If so, which one should I pick? If not, please recommend me a good dongle within $10. Thank you!

I use this bluetooth adapter, bought it for the cronusmax. After doing some research I learned that it did not need any driver for windows 7. At first I just used my PS3 controller which worked and later my Wii U Pro Controller. So however your going about getting wiimotes to work on your PC, I do not see why it shouldn't work.

Thanks!

I was about to get this confirmed compatible 3.0 dongle with so many great reviews: http://www.amazon.com/Kinivo-BTD-300-Bluetooth-3-0-adapter/dp/B005Z5HT2M
But one review scared me off, http://www.amazon.com/review/R1V27MY0MICNRO especially when other cheap ebay 3.0 mini dongles were reportedly getting too hot as well. Does anyone have this Kinivo BTD-300? Does it really get that hot?

After that, the cheap Sanoxy one in the thread James posted was tempting since it's also confirmed compatible in another thread, but I went with a gut feeling and decided to get this relatively unknown one instead of a mini-sized dongle: http://www.shophde.com/a01.html#.U6YfsfldWOw (cheaper on ebay)
Works well with Toshiba Bluetooth stack, no lag. Hope it'll work with more wiimotes later.
