My best advice to you is buy the more expensive one and you'd have better chance of getting it to work.

The WNA1100 is 60 bucks. It's for my desktops wifi. I havn't even bought the controller yet, im just wondering if it will work.

The WNA1100 will not work as a bluetooth adapter. I suggest you get the IOgear GBU421. It can be found at most walmarts for around $12.
