Bluetooth Dongle question

I am just wondering im about to buy one not from the Internet though I could get on of those 3's

Are these all compatible? And does someone use candles instead of a IR Receiver cuz I can't buy one on the town? Does it work smoothly?
I'd like to play Skyward Sword running smoothly without fps drops.
