this is normal? You must go in to dolphin play a game or go in to the wii mote config and hit refresh. The wii mote will removed the flashing condition and replace it a player status.

FYI, flashing 3 lights means 75% battery.

If your wiimote is a TR one, you may need to use the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack to make it work properly...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

Your BT adapter is probably not recognized. Which model is it?

Read the post I've linked to you again. You need to manually edit the .inf file and add your BT adapter HW ID to it before you press Ok...

No but Toshiba stack doesn't seem to recognize it. You might try 8.00.XX version.

Also is it an official Wiimote (by Nintendo)? Or a 3rd party one?

And try what Jhonn suggested to you
