Bluetooth controller no more reconized & impossible to reconfigure

Hello yesterday my bluetooth controller worked perfectly. Today it is no longer recognized and I can not reconfigure it since the option has disappeared. Im using  an honor 8 and version 5.0-1626 and its the the same on the other versions. View the photo
