I bought a Targus bluethooth adapter and it doesnt seem to connect to my wii remote i do not have an official Nintendo wiimote i have the motion 2 in one ill provide a link of where i bought it if necessary.

Third-party Wimotes have a tendency to not work well with Dolphin. Anyway, have you tried the Toshiba BT Stack?
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

the thing about this is i also have windows 8.1 and it doesnt seem have a capabilities unless im being mental

Have you tried the BT stack I mentioned above? (Most people recommend to install it since it´s the most compatible with Dolphin).

It says my system isnt good enough which is funny because its not a regular cheap computer.. Hmm
Edit: it gets stuck on installing the driver.
