try pressing button 1+2 on your wiimote (and hold them) while connecting.

its easier to use dolphin with blue soiel ...... make sure u have the correct 32/64 bit version for intel or amd first .... if u do....

1. what u need to do is install it , restart...
2. the in the upper right hand corner of the screen if your using windows 7 , you should see a blue tooth icon...
3. Right click it , then click turn on bluetooth
4. It will now be a green icon
5. Right Click again and select display classic view
6. push 1 and 2 at the same time repetitively so the lights stay blinking
7. While lights are flashing right click the middle icon and click search devices
8. Nintendo icon should pop up .... icon thats labeled Nintendo ...
9. press 1 and 2 again and right click the Nintendo device and select search devices
10. may need to restart computer
11. Right click nintendo icon while pressing 1 and 2 repetitively and click connect bluetooth human interface device ....
12. Nintendo icon should turn greenish and the lights on the wii remote should continue flashing ....
13. Open wii remote settings in Dolphin and make sure real mote is selected and click refresh and it should select first player
14. repeat process for multiple contollers
15. to turn off .. right click blue tooth icon and turn off blue tooth and your done ...
