Blocky Textures

Hi, I'm new to Dolphin. When I play games (I only have Wind Waker and Twilight Princess) the textures are very blocky and pixelated. What can I do to fix this? Also, rate the specs of my computer.

Mac OS X v10.6.6
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26 GHz
2 GB RAM @1067 MHz
nVidia GeForce 9400M with 256 MB shared with main memory

Also I'd like to add that whenever I try to uncheck "Skip GC bios" like most people recommend, it doesn't stay unchecked. Any help for this?
