Bleach GC Cutscene Freezes On Bankai

For years I was hoping this problem would be fixed, but it hasn't so I decided to make an account to seek help. The game is fully playable, but when I try to activate Bankai (transformation ability for those who don't watch Bleach) it would freeze until the cutscene is over and then the gameplay would go back to normal.

I'm sure some will say "at least the game works" and I am 100% thankful for that. I hope I can get some tips to try and get that particular feature to work properly though.

It's a niche game, but again I would love some help on this especially since all the other Bleach games work 100% on Dolphin for me.

Can you try virtual xfb and real xfb? Some games do require those for playing back cutscenes.

Where can I find that? Not good at memorizing where some settings are.

Edit: Found it and neither of them did the job.
