Everything works fine now, just reinstalled version 4.02. everything works great!

I'm just saying that devs don't want the hassle should you run into an issue that is likely fixed in newer builds.

Btw I just tried the game with OGL and the minimap shows with EFB -> Texture with the latest dev build. I have a Nvidia card but I am not sure if that has anything to do with the problem you are having. Ensure you haven't enabled any kind of projection hack in the game properties. Btw can you post a picture of or type out your graphics settings for the OGL backend?
