Blank Enhancements settings page on Samsung S7 with 5.0-1511

When I go to the graphics settings, selecting a different API crashes Dolphin and then restarts it, so I cannot choose anything but OpenGL.
Furthermore, the Enhancements and Hacks buttons show up blank pages.
Any ideas what's going on?

EDIT: I can't edit my controllers either, same thing happens.
