i have this problem too black with sound like playing..
my spec core2duo E4600 2,4Ghz
Vga GeForce 8500Gt 512mb open GL 3.1
1) Has Dolphin every worked before?
2) What game are you using. I find Dolphin does not emulate very much that is playable. I tried the Bigs 2 but it won't even load. (Black screen and sound)
3) Did you test to make sure open GL is working on your computer?

4) You power off and back on again. This fixed my issue plus some other stuff.
