all Dolphin Config files have been deleted. Daughter restarted the computer and everything went to low Rez. This may not be a dolphin Issue. Doing virus scan, and digging further. It could even be a heat issue. Checking everything now.
There is nothing in the config that would cause any issue. I have tried several different options in different builds.

Thanx for all the Responses everyone!!!! I'll post back once I take a few things apart and check drivers ETC....... Something could have gotten corrupted.
