So let's start with the basics. Create a text file named "portable" (with file type it is portable.txt) and place it next to Dolphin's EXE. Run Dolphin, and you'll see a totally vanilla version of Dolphin without any of your settings or saves. Now, without touching anything, click Open and use it to run one of your games. Does it still only show a black screen?
BTW, when you are done testing just delete portable.txt and your saves and settings will be back! You can also delete the generated User folder as well.
