Black screen Problem with nvidia geforce 240 gt

Greetings i have a big problem with dolphin , everytime i start a game after 10min my screen turns black and i only hear the sound and a message appears that i got error nvlddmkm.

my video cart is nvidia geforce 240 gt and i have the latest drivers on
i use dolphin rev 5461

my dolphin settings are:
dual core and idle skipping on
panic handlers off
i use direct3d9 plugin and i have disabled fog and enable EFB copy to texture
i am running dolphin on windows vista 32bit
i have tried many different revs but still the same thing happens

This always happen with 240GT(even 260GT),one guy told me he switch to 9400GT and everything be ok

its on all the games i have tried
my pc speccs are :
prossesor : intel core 2 quad q9300 at 2.50 gHz
and ram 4gbs DDR2
i also use use the latest graphic driver ver 197 i think
and i use the direct3D9 plugin

i have also checked the gpu temperature and it is ok when it crashes all the games run smoothly with my settings on average 45fps but they all give that error mention above and crashes after some minutes
