Black screen on exit on newest build

An older build I was using works fine, but trying the latest builds I am getting a black screen on exiting / stopping emulation. The only way to get rid of it is to force close dolphin with the task manager. This is for both gamecube and wii games. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have it happening on two different computers.

What build were you using when there wasn't a problem?

Have the same problem with 6065-6068. Graphics -> Render to Main window solved the problem but certainly something looks broken suddenly.
