Black screen in Resident Evil The Umbrella Chronicles (PAL)

When I load the game it come a black screen!! and FPS is 50 I tried IL but same problem, I'm using Dolphin SVN 2745 but it can run Resident Evil Remake and Zero.

I have:
Windows XP Pro SP 3 x86
Pentium 4 3.44 GHz
Geforce 7300 GS 512MB
Ram: 2 GB

Try enabling the Zelda:TP Bloom hack (in the advanced settings for the OpenGL plugin)

Go to Propities and Turn on Projection Hack, and Turn off Progressive scan. The game Runs really Slow for me anyways in game, I get 17 Fps On newest Rev With NtSc Version

Thanks Layer it work fine but it is very slow is it from the emulater or from my PC? even Resident Evil Remake and Zero.
MarioMadness there is no projection hack on the new version Dolphin SVN 2745 only on the old version.
