Well I have good news for you, a .wbfs for Newer worked for me! Yes I have seen that you can use a seperate save for Newer, and for other Mario Bros. and MarioKart mods. Since some of these mods have the ability to destroy your existing savegame, I just use a new one for Newer.

O and Mario Galaxy 2.5 exists, but is it not out yet. You can find a link for a demo in one of those Youtube video's about it; I haven't found a patcher yet that can create a .iso or .wbfs with those new levels and stuff, so for now it won't be playable. I can do some research in replacing files in the Mario Galaxy 2 (!) iso, but that will of course take a lot more time than a patcher. Let's hope one will be found or be placed online soon. Cause yeah, new levels for Super Mario Galaxy 2, who does not want that? Smile

Yet a question about Homebrew: I have been able to install the Homebrew Channel in Dolphin using a .wad; when I tried to run a Homebrew app it gives an error, saying "Try LLE Emulator if this is Homebrew". Is there a seperate emulator or seperate software to be used with Dolphin that will allow you to run Homebrew apps in Dolphin? Or will it just not be possible at all? Would be very nice if it does, cause using the Riivolution Channel or the CTGP Revolution Channel (for Custom Mario Kart) would allow you to use your original MKW iso; instead of having to create one for every custom track pack. This would save a lot of space on your hard disk drive. And, of course, there are lots of other nice homebrew apps I would like to use.
Why not install it on my Wii? Cause it might permanently brick my Wii. I can reinstall Dolphin if Homebrew apps would get my emulated Wii bricked, but it isn't always possible to recover a bricked Wii, meaning it will be useless for the rest of our lives... I might buy a second Wii for a little price (second-handed); then I will of course install the Homebrew Channel and all the other stuff.

Thanks for all replies people, I really apprieciate that. I've been on forums where you can post something and then wait five years for someone to reply. Good to see that this forum is very active.
